- Manage inventory control of titles and registration materials to ensure proper tracking and security.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth transfer of ownership during vehicle sales and trade-ins.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding title status, documentation requirements, and legal procedures.

Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership operations or automotive administrative roles; dealership experience is highly preferred.
