Duties
- Educate incoming warm leads on health and life insurance products
- Present and explain insurance products clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and coverage options tailored to individual needs.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on policy inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) during all client interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, call center, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions effectively.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.
Schedule
- In office Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm or 10:00 am -7:00 pm
Pay
- Base plus bonuses and uncapped commissions
Pay: $20.00 - $80.00 per hour
