Job Summary:
The role involves overseeing daily operations and managing performance for all operational staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring smooth workflow and optimal performance throughout the shift. The position requires effective leadership and coordination to maintain operational efficiency. The candidate must also possess excellent English communication abilities, including strong reading and writing skills, for team interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install equipment and ensure successful startup.
- Complete tasks promptly while adhering to schedules and documenting activities.
- Assist with vehicle adjustments, charging setup, and parking lot maneuvers.
- Disinfect vehicles and workstations, preparing sanitization kits.
- Maintain high safety standards both inside and outside the vehicle.
- Work independently or in small groups, supporting vehicle launch and preparation.
- Communicate any uploading errors and prioritize high-priority uploads.
- Package and ship equipment requiring repair.
- Assist with asset inventory and checkout process.
- Ensure shift efficiency and perform basic troubleshooting at shift startup.
- Follow startup and shift-end checklists diligently.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; a four-year degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience on public roads, with additional experience preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Excellent with English communication abilities, reading and writing skills.
- Proficiency with laptop computers and GSuite apps.
- Proficiency with touchscreen smartphones (Android preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 40 adjusted words per minute.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and good judgment in fast-paced environments.
