High Level Job Description:
The regional maintenance director position in North Carolina is responsible for general oversight of facility maintenance for facilities assigned to the following areas: Raleigh, Smithfield, Louisburg, Dunn, Henderson, and Kernersville. While this position does not supervise staff, the incumbent is expected to work closely with facility maintenance directors and administrators. This will include but is not limited to:
· Being on call 24/7
· Traveling to each of the facilities within assigned catchment area, which may include occasional overnight travel
· Providing solutions-oriented guidance to maintenance directors
· As time and primary work schedule allows, provide hands on assistance to troubleshoot and/or make repairs
· Performing mock life-safety inspections
· Be able to complete computerized reports (preferable experience in the TELS system)
