SPOP is seeking a full-time case manager to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services in our Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program for older adults with lived experience of mental health conditions. The Case Manager will report to the Assistant Director for PROS and work as part of the treatment team 3 days/week at our W. 88th St. location and 2 days/week remotely.
The successful candidate thrives in a lively, congregate setting with older adults, has experience providing case assistance, is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and has knowledge or interest in group/individual psychiatric rehabilitation. The PROS case manager oversees a caseload, facilitates groups, and assists participants with concrete services as needed. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required. BA or equivalent preferred.
Compensation is an annual salary of $50,000-52,000 commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including ample paid time off; medical, dental and vision insurance; employer contribution to retirement plan; and flexible spending account.
