Role Overview
We're looking for a deadline-driven Offers and Settlements Specialist to manage an active caseload — preparing, tracking, and advancing settlement offers with speed and accuracy. You'll be the key point of contact between clients, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Draft, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and client communications

Maintain meticulous case files and communication logs

Serve as point of contact for clients and manufacturers throughout the offers process

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Law firm experience required

Confidence calculating, negotiating, and moving offers forward independently

Strong sense of urgency and deadline accountability

Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills

Sharp attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable

Excellent written and verbal communication

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office; case management system experience a plus
