This is a great opportunity for someone interested in education, recreation, social work, psychology, counseling, youth development, or related fields to gain valuable hands-on experience working with teens in an alternative education setting. Staff help plan and lead engaging recreational and wellness activities that support students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Beyond building professional skills, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by helping them develop confidence, positive relationships, healthy coping skills, and a stronger path toward success.
