Sales associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and brand product knowledge of speciality merchandise.
Job Qualifications of Retail Sales Associate:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to seamlessly communicate and articulate company brand and product information.
- Handling customer transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong ability to listen and communicate thoroughly with customers, co-workers and others.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Maintains daily store standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Professional, polished, and dependable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and task-oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable using Clover POS systems and basic computer programs
- Ability to provide exceptional, personalized customer service
- Interest in fine jewelry and luxury customer experience
- Availability to work weekend hours
