Painter Helper (No Experience Needed – We Will Train)

Responsibilities
- Assist painters with surface preparation (sanding, scraping, masking)
- Help with painting using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Support the team with general tasks as needed
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, climbing ladders)
- Basic English or Spanish communication
- Driver’s license is a plus but not required
