We’re seeking an Treatment Nurse / Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to help lead our skilled nursing team in delivering exceptional care. If you’re a compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!
The purpose of this job is to provide
- Primary skin care to residents under medical direction and supervision
- Emphasis on treatment, therapy of skin disorders, and prevention.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, and active Arkansas RN or LPN license. Experience in a LTC setting is preferred, but not required.

Your Role:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in supervising and mentoring nursing staff.
- Provide hands-on care and oversight to ensure resident well-being.
- Help organize, develop, and direct nursing operations in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where excellence is the standard.
- Ability to be on-call.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Arkansas (must be in good standing).
- 1+ years of Nurse Manager or leadership experience (preferred).
- 1+ years of Long-Term Care experience (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and a heart for serving seniors.
