We’re looking for a Warehouse Compliance Lead for our Westernport Campus who will champion our compliance standards, support our warehouse teams, and ensure that every shipment leaving our facility reflects the highest level of quality and professionalism. As a key advocate for both our warehouse compliance team and our manufacturing partners, you will guide daily operations, mentor associates, and uphold the standards that keep our warehouse running efficiently and safely. Experience with Windows, Excel and Word is preferred and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. As the Warehouse Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse functions meet TBF operating standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing and processing pick tickets to meet service turnaround expectations, including palletizing orders and operating stretch‑film equipment.
- Delegating tasks to maximize productivity and ensure performance expectations are met.
- Updating valence sheets, ready dates, and job tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
Pay: $16.48 per hour
