CYCLE COUNTER
Qualifications:
· Experience with Cycle Counting and Inventory
· Experience with Product knowledge with Flanges, Fittings and Pipe a plus
· Experience operating sit-down forklift, reach truck and order picker preferred
· Moderate computer skills (data entry using a laptop) required
· Basic typing (drafting and responding to emails, paperwork organization
· Ability to multitask.
· Strong attention to detail – research inventory discrepancies and reconcile inventory.
· Moderate math and analytical skills
· Good communication skills (with co-workers, supervisor and within other departments)
· Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player
· Self-starter and ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Available to work overtime if necessary, including Saturdays.
· Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
· Cycle count materials on a daily basis or as scheduled
· Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity
· Ensure materials are in proper locations.
· Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary
· Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
· Wear the proper safety equipment at all times.
· Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
· Operate a standup forklift, reach truck and other warehouse equipment.
Physical demands and abilities:
· Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferred.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
· Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
