Now Hiring: Early Morning Helper for Power Washing & Floor Care
A small, growing industrial cleaning company is looking for a dependable early morning helper to assist with power washing, floor stripping, waxing, and general job-site support.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Experience is helpful but not required as we are willing to train the right person as our current employees have over a cumulative 40 years of experience.
Job Duties Include:
Assist with power washing residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces.
Help with stripping, cleaning, and waxing floors in commercial buildings.
Load and unload equipment, hoses, chemicals, floor machines, and supplies.
Set up and break down job sites safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions and work as part of a small team.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites.
Schedule:
Early morning start times required.
Part-time or as-needed hours, with the potential for more work as the company grows.
Some weekend or flexible availability may be needed depending on job scheduling.
Requirements:
Must be able to self-transport reliably at each work day.
Must be dependable and show up on time.
Must be able to lift equipment and supplies.
Must be comfortable working outdoors and around cleaning equipment.
Must be willing to work early mornings.
Must have a good attitude and strong work ethic.
