Looking for outgoing friendly person to assist customers with retail transactions.
Responsibilities
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customer's business and print service needs
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Exhibits strong team-player and communication skills
Qualifications
- Willing and able to work 20-40 hrs/week within a 7 day work week (Monday-Sunday)
- 2yrs of retail and/or customer service experience (Shipping/ Mail or Document Services experience is a plus)
-Printing experience preferred. Must have strong computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office(Word & Excel). Experience with Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Ability to stand several hours at a time and able to lift 50+lbs (No lifting restrictions)
- Eligible to become a Notary Public and electronic fingerprint associate
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
