About the role: We're looking for a highly organized, driven Production Assistant to help manage food safety documentation and take work off the owner's plate — someone willing to jump in wherever needed.
What you'll do:
- Help manage and maintain food safety programs and documentation (GMP records, logs, audit prep)
- Keep production and quality paperwork organized and current
- Support the owner across a wide range of tasks and projects — this role wears many hats
- Use AI/tech tools to streamline paperwork and processes
- Help keep day-to-day operations on track
What we're looking for:
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Comfortable taking on varied, changing tasks
- Comfortable with computers and AI tools
- Strong written documentation skills
Preferred: experience with food safety programs (GMP/HACCP/SQF); experience operating food packaging equipment.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
