Overnight Facilities & Security Technician – Hawaiian Waters, The Colony

Position Overview
Under general supervision, the Overnight Facilities & Security Technician ensures the safety and upkeep of Hawaiian Waters during non-operating hours. This role includes conducting facility inspections, reporting unauthorized individuals, and performing entry-level maintenance tasks such as power washing and pool cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are secure and free from unauthorized individuals.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Assist with special events and security as needed.
- Power wash areas and clean pools according to the park’s schedule.
- Submit accurate reports and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- Availability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Handle and work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, maintenance, or similar roles.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
