Duties
- "Chief Vibes Officer" (CVO) - you are are the captain of our good energy ship. You will help build authentic relationships that ensure trust and net promotion within our community
- Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system
- Verify patient insurance coverage, process medical billing, and manage collections accurately while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality policies
- Think and act quickly during busy times, making sure to keep the flow of the office steady
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation review standards and coding requirements like CPT, ICD-10
- Answer phone calls and text messages promptly using proper phone etiquette; provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries effectively
- Assist with intake procedures and office tours
- Support clinical staff with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing electronic health records (EHR) management
Requirements
- Chiropractic, dental, physical therapy assistant work history and knowledge a plus
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Spreadsheets and typing accuracy for administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical records management
- Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining compliance with clinical confidentiality policies.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and office management capabilities

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
