We are seeking compassionate, reliable Group and Head Teachers to join our substitute staffing team for childcare centers in Northern New Jersey. New Jersey Substitute Teaching Certificate and/or PreK-3 Certificate is highly preferred.
As a substitute teacher, you’ll step into various centers to support and lead classrooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children, including infants
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants and preschoolers.
- Maintain a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow each center’s daily schedule and lesson plans
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (full-time or part-time)
Compensation: $19- $27
Job Requirements
- Must meet New Jersey state qualifications for Group and Head Teacher roles. (Preferred qualifications include NJ Substitute Certificate and/or P3 Certification)
- Experience working with infants and preschoolers in a licensed childcare setting.
- Flexibly, professionalism, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on short notice (as little as 24 hours)
