Position Summary
As a Production & Fulfillment Specialist, you'll work alongside our Operations Manager to help manufacture, package, and ship Bellanomi products. You'll play an important role in ensuring every order meets our quality standards while helping keep production running efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pays close attention to detail, and works well in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Fill, label, and package skincare products following standard operating procedures.
- Assemble gift sets, bundles, and retail-ready products.
- Perform quality inspections before products are packaged or shipped.
- Maintain inventory of packaging and production supplies.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Train and support production associates as needed.
- Communicate production or quality issues to the Operations Manager.
- Assist with other warehouse and production projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
