Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Full Time Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment by performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, building interior, and facilities equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing tools such as ohmmeters.
- Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks to maintain the building’s appearance and structural integrity.
- Maintain HVAC systems by diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and performing system repairs to ensure optimal climate control.
- Use hand tools and electrical equipment to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects and oversee the upkeep of interior spaces.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Support maintenance operations involving plumbing system repairs, mechanical systems, and facilities equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members or supervisors to prioritize tasks, coordinate repairs, and improve maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical work, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and schematics.
- Skilled in welding, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), plumbing repair, electrical equipment repair, and general handyman tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and maintenance painting techniques.
- Ability to read technical schematics and operate electrical equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude towards team support is essential.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
