Jackson Hole Health & Fitness is looking for dynamic, dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Member Services team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests: providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive, welcoming and memorable experience.

Duties:
- Provide friendly, professional member service including greeting members, answering questions and assisting with all aspects of membership, and guest services.
- Serve as the Club's Member Services ambassador and on-shift manager, overseeing the facility and member experience.
- Sell memberships, seasonal passes, guest passes, personal training services, and retail transactions to members, prospects and guests.
- Monitor the Club throughout your shift and promptly address cleanliness, organization, member-service and facility needs as they arise.
- Perform ongoing cleaning and upkeep of the facility as necessary, including common area, towel and equipment cleanliness.
- Answer phones and provide club information.
- Handle cash drawer operations ensuring accurate cash management and reconciliation at shift end.
- Comfortable with computers enough to learn and operate our user friendly point of sale system.
- This person should be dependable, reliable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.
We have flexible part-time shifts available including early mornings, midday and evenings with the opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement for the right person.
