At Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Ridgeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administering medications as ordered by physicians, with frequent monitoring and documentation
Providing wound care and monitoring wound healing progress
Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain resident dignity and comfort
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet resident needs
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the state of South Carolina
Prefer Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move residents as needed, with physical stamina to perform job duties
