- Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, subcontractor bidding, and preconstruction planning.
- Support the SPM on running full scope projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials.
- Support QA/QC processes by maintaining tracking logs and coordinating inspections and testing.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, owners, and subcontractors to ensure scope compliance.
- Schedule and facilitate pre-installation meetings, material testing, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Provide field support by assisting superintendents, conducting project inspections, and helping maintain project schedules and quality standards
