Our law firm is in need of a Paralegal for our Los Angeles office. We're looking for a candidate who has exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and is highly organized.

Responsibilities Include:
- Draft a variety of motions and oppositions, mediation briefs, propound/respond to discovery, request for entry of default/default prove-up, minor's compromise, and prepare correspondence at the attorney’s request.
- Client contact including phone calls and office visits.
- Calendar all hearings, motions, discovery, and trial deadlines
- Assist in all trial preparations, including retain experts, schedule expert depositions, assemble trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, prepare and serve trial subpoenas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with CA court rules and civil procedures for state and federal court.
- E-filing in state and federal court
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage case load
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
