Position Overview: Car Wash Attendant will wash each customer's car based on the package they purchase. This can range from a quick external prep to a full 360 degree prep. While you do not need to have formal training, a background in the car wash, sales or service industry is a plus. This position is based around customer service, so an outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills is a must. You must also have strong physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. We offer set schedules where Saturday and Sunday are required days to work as these are the busiest days.
As a Car Wash Attendant, You Will:
- Discuss our package options with the customer
- Use soap and sponges to clean the exterior of the car
- Assist customers with membership issues
- Keep clean towels and amenities stocked in customer areas
- Clean up wash tunnel and parking lot at the end of your shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open Availability (Weekends are required)
- Physical stamina
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, coachable, grounded, and team player
- Minimum 35 hours per week
- Varied hours and days of week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
