We are hiring Immediately for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. To be considered for this position you must have at least three years of prior experience in this role. Proficiency in QuickBooks required.
The selected Experienced candidate, will be a key member of our team, overseeing the AP/AR dept which currently consists of two staff member to assist in the daily transactions and processing. If you meet all requirements as listed please apply!
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing Day to day accounts payable and receivables department using QuickBooks accounting software and other programs
- Monitoring and processing accounts payable and receivables for company divisions
- Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements using online portal's
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Task management of staff ( currently Two)
- Delegation of appropriate tasks to staff members for maximum efficiency
- Comparing purchase orders, and invoices for prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
- Keeping track of late account receivables and making contact for payment
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Provide information to the external accountant, and Upper Management as necessary
- Receipt and management of wire transfers
- Other tasks or Duties as they arise, or are required
Key Qualifications include the following:
- 3 plus years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience A MUST!
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with QUICKBOOKS -Bookkeeping software
- Strong attention to details and excellent organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
