The Colleague Relations Consultant manages moderately complex colleague relations issues, applying sound judgment and a thorough understanding of organizational policies. This role also provides strategic guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on effectively addressing colleague-related concerns. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Investigates moderate-risk and moderately complex colleague relations requests.
- Interpret and apply HR policies in nuanced situations.
- Partners with cross-functional teams, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), Legal, and Field HR, to resolve colleague relations cases.
- Guides leaders through the performance improvement process utilizing coaching and development, formal corrective action and decision guide tools.
- Partner with Field HR team to determine need for strategic planning, identify engagement and retention opportunities and execute HHC recommended solutions
- Coordinates case life cycle from opening through triage and resolution; Maintain appropriate case documentation and case tracking
