We're Hiring
Bar: 2+ years experience at upscale, fine dining restaurant/bar, strong craft cocktail, spirit & wine knowledge preferred
- Mixology & Menu Execution: Prepare specialty cocktails and mocktails according to recipes, and prep syrups, infusions, and batches from scratch
- Guest Experience: Guide customers through craft spirit selections, assess preferences, make tailored recommendations, and provide engaging hospitality
- Bar Operations: Monitor and restock bar inventory, wash glassware, and perform opening and closing stock counts
- Compliance & Safety: Check customer IDs for legal drinking age, monitor intoxication levels, and enforce all local/state alcohol regulations
