Seeking a Professional & Reliable Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Our chiropractic office is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly professional administrative assistant/receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a structured medical office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous medical office experience, preferably in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting, who can manage front-desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a must to communicate effectively with our diverse patient base.
- Reliability and punctuality are critical—we need someone who shows up on time, every time, without attendance issues. Flexibility is also key, as work hours may change based on office needs, and outside commitments should not interfere with scheduled shifts.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the Front Desk – Greeting patients warmly, answering calls, and ensuring a professional check-in/check-out process.
- Scheduling Appointments Efficiently – Coordinating patient visits to optimize provider time and maintain smooth clinic flow.
- Handling Patient Communication – Addressing questions, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing Referrals & New Patient Documentation – Obtaining and organizing necessary paperwork, referrals, and medical records before appointments.
- Maintaining Office Organization – Keeping the reception area clean, stocked, and well-managed, including inventory of front office supplies
- Using Technology Effectively – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required to manage patient records and office documentation.
- Exhibiting Professionalism at all times – Polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm* (Full-Time) *end time will vary based on last patient scheduled for the day
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
