J. H. Seale and Son Inc. is seeking a PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, short-truck Petroleum transportation driver in the Sumter, SC area. This is a fulltime daytime position, M-F with weekend availability. MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY as to start time in the morning.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- Current Class A or Class B with Haz-mat/Tanker endorsement required
- 1+ years verifiable experience transporting Gas, Diesel, Bio-Diesel or Ethanol
- 1+ years experience driving a tank wagon or tractor/trailer
- Stable, verifiable work history
- Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential card (TWIC)
- No alcohol or drug related convictions during the last five years nor pending cases
- Able to compute basic math (add, subtract, compute net gallons, etc.)
- Able to read and speak the English language, in accordance with section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Carrier Safety Regulations
- Able to work holidays and weekends as needed
