PRIME Orthopedics & Regenerative Medicine is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to help build one of the premier orthopedic and regenerative medicine practices in the country.
This is not an office manager position.
***We are not looking for someone who wants to learn how to grow a regenerative medicine practice—we are looking for someone who has already done it.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing regenerative medicine, orthopedic, sports medicine, wellness, aesthetics, concierge medicine, or other cash-pay medical practices. You should already have the playbook and be able to execute immediately.
Working directly with the physician owner, you will lead the strategy and execution to expand regenerative medicine services, increase patient volume, improve operations, strengthen referral relationships, oversee marketing initiatives, and identify new revenue opportunities. Growth initiatives may include regenerative medicine, PRP, biologics, IV therapy, peptides (within applicable laws and regulations), wellness services, weight optimization, memberships, and future service lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the practice growth strategy.
- Run the daily operations.
- Launch new service lines and revenue opportunities.
- Increase patient acquisition, lead generation, and consultation conversion.
- Oversee digital marketing and outside marketing agencies.
- Build physician, attorney, athletic, and community referral networks.
- Improve operational systems and patient experience.
- Recruit, train, and lead team members.
- Track KPIs and drive measurable growth.
- Work directly with leadership to execute the long-term vision of the practice.
- Experience growing regenerative medicine programs.
- Experience launching IV therapy, wellness, or membership programs.
- Experience building physician referral networks.
- Strong financial and business analytics skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
- Proven success growing a medical practice or healthcare business.
- Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, wellness, aesthetics, concierge medicine, or another cash-pay specialty.
- Strong background in business development, operations, marketing, and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to launch new programs and produce measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses with significant opportunity for advancement.
