Ava Health is recruiting for a private pediatric practice with offices in both Elk Grove and Sacramento, CA. This is a great opportunity for a pediatrician to join a supportive, established practice.
The day to day:
About 3 to 4 patients an hour, with mid-level and physician support on staff. Epic is the EMR. Many families speak Spanish, so it helps, but it is not required.
The schedule:
Full time, four 10-hour shifts is an option, or a standard 8 to 5. Call is one day a week, plus one weekend every 6 weeks.
The pay:
Base runs $180,000 to $240,000 depending on experience, plus a productivity bonus of $12,000 to $14,000.
Full medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) and life insurance, CME allowance, and licensing and malpractice with tail are covered. Relocation help is available.
Must be board certified in pediatrics, MD or DO, with a California license or able to get one. New grads are welcome, no visa sponsorship on this one. Usually a short phone screen, then an onsite visit, then an offer.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
