Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources & Office Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend strategic HR management with administrative excellence. This position is responsible for employee onboarding, HR administration, benefits coordination, policy and compliance support, employee record management, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, the role provides office coordination support including facility management, vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative support for company operations. Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources (70-80%)
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment.
- Support recruiting activities including job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment letters, policy acknowledgments, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee changes.
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Support performance review and annual review processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Office Coordination (20-30%)
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office services.
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors and office communications.
- Assist with meeting coordination and company events.
- Maintain organized office records and administrative files.
- Assist leadership with special projects and administrative support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources, Office Administration, or related experience.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, Paylocity preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
