Parallels is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Principal, Senior Program Lead who will be the driving force behind Cross Company Engineering & Transformation as part of the Office of the CPTO.
As the Principal, Senior Program Lead, your role will focus on:

10+ years of experience in leading/participating of engineering and technology programs/projects

Strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise IT
-
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
-
Experience working across R&D and IT organizations

Deep understanding of:
-
DevOps and CI/CD practices
-
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
-
Enterprise systems and architecture
-
Experience driving technology consolidation or transformation efforts
-
Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into action

Experience managing or influencing budgets, cost optimization, and ROI for large-scale technology initiatives

Strong understanding of cost drivers in cloud, infrastructure, and engineering environments

Demonstrated ability to balance technical decisions with financial impact and efficiency goals

Highly desirable: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI/ML applications in engineering or IT workflows
