Sales Director – TEAM BUTTER®:

This role will focus on growing TEAM BUTTER® by prospecting youth sports teams and related organizations, building strong relationships, managing sales activity through HubSpot, and leading individual team members responsible for outreach and account growth. The ideal candidate has fundraising experience, sales leadership ability, strong communication skills, and direct and extensive experience using HubSpot.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising sales and outreach efforts for TEAM BUTTER®.
- Connect with youth sports teams, coaches, team managers, schools, booster clubs, tournament contacts, and community organizations.
- Future managing, coaching, and development of individual contributors involved in sales, outreach, lead generation, or account management.
- Use HubSpot daily to manage contacts, companies, deals, activities, follow-ups, reporting, and pipeline performance.
- Track sales activity, conversion rates, and fundraising campaign progress.
- Collaborate with teams to develop outreach strategies, email templates, call scripts, sales messaging, and follow-up processes.
- Partner with leadership to set goals, improve sales strategy, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent TEAM BUTTER® professionally as a fundraising solution for youth sports and community organizations.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sports or athletic related fundraising, sales, partnership development or related experience required. Additional nonprofit and/or business development experience welcomed.
- Direct and tenured HubSpot experience required.
- Additional experience managing individuals or leading a sales, fundraising, outreach, or account management team welcomed.
- Strong prospecting, communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work fully in-office (NO REMOTE OPPORTUNITY).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use CRM data and reporting to manage performance and drive results.
- Comfortable managing multiple prospects, campaigns, and priorities at once.
Preferred Experience:
- Youth sports, school fundraising, booster club, tournament, hospitality, or sports partnership experience.
- Online fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, product fundraising, collaborative sponsorship sales, or campaign management experience.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot.
