**Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Home Health Aides. We have positions in Sussex and Morris County. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. **Responsibilities:**
-Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA License)
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided
**Skills:**
- Experience in senior care or caregiving
- Ability to provide dementia care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of healthcare systems and protocols
- Empathy and patience in caring for individuals in need
