Overview
Community 4 Success, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and mission-driven Contract Manager to oversee the administration, compliance, and operational management of contracts, grants, partnerships, and program deliverables across multiple youth development initiatives.
The Contract Manager will play a critical leadership role in ensuring all contractual obligations, reporting timelines, fiscal requirements, staffing coordination, and program deliverables are executed efficiently and in compliance with agency expectations, including DYCD, DOE, OCFS, NYSED, and other city/state funding entities.
This position requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
Responsibilities
Contract & Compliance Management
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of organizational contracts and grant agreements
Project & Program Oversight
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of nonprofit initiatives and operational projects
- Develop project timelines, workflows, and implementation schedules
- Monitor staffing structures and operational readiness across multiple program sites
- Identify operational risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain continuity and compliance
Budget & Fiscal Coordination
- Monitor project expenditures in collaboration with fiscal staff
- Ensure budgets align with approved scopes of work and grant requirements
- Assist with invoice tracking, budget modifications, and financial reporting preparation
- Support procurement and purchasing processes for program implementation
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as liaison between organizational leadership, school partners, vendors, community stakeholders, and funding agencies
- Coordinate meetings, partnership communications, and operational follow-ups
- Prepare written reports, summaries, and organizational correspondence
Data, Reporting & Evaluation
- Support data collection and reporting related to program outcomes and compliance
- Track KPIs, participation metrics, and deliverables across contracts and initiatives
- Assist with grant reporting and organizational planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with funding agency requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain organized contract files, reports, invoices, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Track deadlines related to renewals, reports, audits, permits, insurance, and compliance submissions
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, nonprofit operations, contracts administration, or youth programming
- Experience working with city-funded or grant-funded programs strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance, operational planning, and fiscal accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management systems, and database platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

Work Environment
This position may require occasional evening meetings, site visits, and participation in organizational events or trainings.

Pay: $59,900.00 - $79,000.00 per year
