We are looking for multiskilled tradesman who have knowledge in: drywall, painting, carpentry and maintenance. Our company flips around 15 properties a year, we also have quite of bit of rentals that we manage and have to turn when tenants move out. This is 1099 subcontractor work where work will be preformed on JW Remodeling properties.
Skills: (Don't need all)
Demo, drywall, painting, trim work, tile, install wood floors, sand and poly wood floors, install counter tops, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, hvac, windows, roofs, etc.
