- Coordinate chemical feed sales opportunities across all Vessco Water territories.
- Assist regional sales teams with quotations, proposal development, and project tracking.
- Maintain visibility of active opportunities, backlog, and project status.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track major projects and assist with strategic pursuit planning amongst Chemical Feed Specialists.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key chemical feed equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for manufacturer communications, pricing updates, and product information.
- Coordinate manufacturer training sessions and technical presentations.
- Assist in evaluating new manufacturers, technologies, and product offerings.
- Support annual business planning activities with key manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate communication between sales, engineering, service, and operations teams to support successful project execution.
- Help identify opportunities for cross-selling additional Vessco Water products and services amongst the Chemical Feed Platform Partner Specialists.
- Ensure chemical feed opportunities are routed to the appropriate internal resources.
- Support project kickoff activities and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with resolving order, delivery, and customer service issues.
- Prepare and coordinate equipment quotations and proposals.
- Work with manufacturers and internal teams to obtain pricing, technical information, and lead times.
- Maintain standardized proposal templates and documentation.
- Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Assist with bid reviews and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information within CRM systems.
- Track sales activity, pipeline development, bookings, and revenue metrics.
- Develop regular reporting related to sales performance and project status.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining standard work processes related to chemical feed sales activities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, or the water/wastewater industry.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and organizations.
- Experience in the municipal water and wastewater industry.
- Knowledge of chemical feed systems, metering pumps, analyzers, or related treatment equipment.
- Experience preparing technical quotations or proposals.
- Familiarity with municipal bidding processes and project delivery.
- Experience working with equipment manufacturers and vendor relationships.
