Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, answer questions, and help resolve guest concerns. You will also work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Shift Needed: Night and Evening (8 hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software
- Handle room assignments, payments, and billing accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest questions and requests
- Resolve guest concerns calmly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address room and facility needs
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare basic reports for management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Basic computer skills and comfort using hotel management systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
