Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers, wheelchairs and walkers in a safe and efficient manner to medical appointments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
*You will need to drive your own vehicle which you will be paid for miles while the patient is in the car with you and paid for picking up and dropping off patient , you are responsible for gas. Company gives a gas stipend if you meet the requirements ,also you will need to have liability insurance.*
* This is a 1099 position , Paid Weekly*
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers to their designated locations.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, and passenger counts.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist with lifting and loading/unloading walkers as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues that arise during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
Qualifications

- Pass National Background
- Pass National Sex Offender Background
- Motor Vehicle Record (1 moving violation within 3 years)
- -MVR (no driver’s license suspension within 5 years)
- Pass a drug test
- First Aid/CPR
- PASS (paid by employer)
- Defensive Driving (paid by employer)
- On-the-job training
- Safety equipment provided
