Evolved Cleaning LLC is a growing residential cleaning company serving Colorado Springs, Peyton, Falcon, Pueblo, and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. This is not just a “quick wipe-down” job—we focus on delivering noticeable, high-quality results for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform residential cleaning services including standard, deep, and move-out cleans
- Clean kitchens (appliances, counters, sinks, cabinet exteriors)
- Clean bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, fixtures)
- Vacuum, mop, and detail floors (including pet hair removal when needed)
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, baseboards, and high-touch areas
- Follow company checklists to ensure consistent quality
- Handle heavier-duty cleaning when needed (buildup, grease, etc.)
- Work independently or with a team depending on the job
What We Expect:
- Show up on time, every time (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail—cutting corners will not work here
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours
- Good communication and professionalism with clients
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Travel & Work Area:
Jobs are located throughout Colorado Springs, Peyton, Falcon, Pueblo, and nearby areas. You will travel directly to job sites.
Pay & Growth:
- $17–$20/hour depending on experience and performance
- Pay increases based on reliability, speed, and quality
