ABOUT IRON BUFFALO
Iron Buffalo is one of the region's premier heavy-duty truck and equipment repair facilities, operating 24/7 in Commerce City, CO and Kalispell, MT. We service light, medium, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles — from semi-trucks and trailers to cranes, RVs, and industrial equipment. Our certified diesel technicians tackle everything from engine rebuilds and powertrain replacements to emissions compliance, fleet maintenance, and roadside assistance.
With a third location on the horizon and an expanding fleet operation, we are building the leadership infrastructure to support aggressive growth. The Parts Manager we hire today will grow into a pivotal multi-location role that shapes how Iron Buffalo sources, stocks, and delivers parts across the entire organization.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a seasoned parts professional who wants to build something. You will establish and manage the parts department at our Denver headquarters, with direct responsibility for standing up the parts infrastructure at our Kalispell location and a future third site. You will also oversee parts procurement and inventory for our internal fleet of service and mobile repair trucks.
The right candidate is not just an order-taker — you think strategically about parts availability, vendor relationships, and cost control. You understand how parts downtime kills technician productivity, and you take that personally.
