Rock’n Dough is looking for a Restaurant Manager who can bring energy, lead with confidence, and help create the kind of experience guests talk about long after their meal is over. In this role, you’ll help run daily operations, coach and develop the team, protect the guest experience, and keep the restaurant locked in on standards, culture, and results. From delivering Epic Flavors through quality and execution, to creating Unforgettable Vibes in the restaurant, to setting the tone for Headliner Hospitality with every guest interaction, this role is all about leadership that makes an impact.
We’re looking for someone with restaurant management experience, strong people skills, solid operational instincts, and the ability to hold a high bar while keeping the energy strong. Someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and knows how to build a team that wins together.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis, TN. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient and effective service. Key duties include supervising staff, managing scheduling, hiring and training employees, ensuring food quality standards, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to business growth through effective team leadership and communication.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Manager Experience
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
- Experience with Hiring, Training, and Team Management to foster a productive and motivated team.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with guests.
- Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality standards.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
