We are seeking to hire a mechanical quality inspector who understands that we must maintain the highest level of quality for both the materials that are being received and the products that are being sent out around the world. This person must have experience with mechanical inspections and the equipment and tools needed to conduct those inspections.
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector (with Mechanical inspection experience) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Experience with mechancial inspections is a MUST
- Perform measurements and tests using various tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation is dependent upon candidates experience and qualifications and the range here can be adjusted further based on our review of each individual candidate.
