Electronics Repair Technician
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour + Profit Share + Full Benefits
Position Summary
Seeking an Electronics Repair Technician with hands-on experience repairing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and performing through-hole and surface-mount soldering. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and documenting electronic assemblies to ensure products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering and rework

Test and verify repaired products using electronic test equipment

Document repairs and test results accurately

Work with Quality and Engineering teams to identify recurring issues

Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Skills

PCB troubleshooting and repair experience

Through-hole and surface-mount soldering skills

Ability to read electronic schematics and diagrams

Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hand tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications

1–2 years of electronics repair experience preferred

Technical school, trade school, or electronics program training preferred

Recent electronics graduates with strong soldering and PCB repair skills are encouraged to apply
