Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Part Time Janitor for one of our customers at 2 facilities in the DFW airport area in Texas. The successful candidates will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with experienced candidates that are detail and service oriented.
Available work schedules:
Monday to Friday 4pm-10pm
Saturday 7:30am-11:30am/ Sunday 9am-1pm
Duties:
- Clean and service restrooms.
- Clean, sweep, scrub, buff floors
- Dust and empty trash containers
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Cleans common area space and waiting areas in facility
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year janitorial experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting.
- Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
- Stripping and waxing floors experience preferred
- Must have a Real ID
