Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EXPERIENCED Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for providing instruction, facilitating learning activities, and promoting the overall development of students.
*** EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe and inviting classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback with Child Assessments 2x per year
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and achievements
- Implement early intervention strategies for students with special needs
Skills:
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Previous childcare or teaching experience is preferred.
- Must be able to create structure and routine for a group of 10 two year olds as well as potty train as needed.
