Requirements
- Valid NYS Cosmetology License
- 3+ years of experience behind the chair
- Proficiency in color and cutting techniques (lived-in color or extensions a plus!)
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- A passion for delivering thoughtful, elevated client experiences
- A team-oriented attitude and commitment to creating a positive salon culture
Commission $60,000 – $125,000+ annually, depending on experience and client base
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
