We are looking for a highly experienced Auto Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing exceptional quality repairs. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a technician who has extensive experience performing structural repairs, repairing damaged body panels, and replacing welded and bonded panels when necessary—all while repairing vehicles to OEM standards.
If you're a skilled body technician who values craftsmanship, accuracy, and quality over shortcuts, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural repairs using proper measuring and repair procedures.
- Expertly repair damaged steel and aluminum body panels while preserving OEM fit and finish whenever possible.
- Replace welded and bonded body panels to OEM specifications when replacement is required.
- Perform advanced metal finishing with minimal body filler.
- Complete major collision repairs from teardown through final body repair.
- Repair and fit doors, quarter panels, roofs, aprons, core supports, bedside panels, rocker panels, and other structural components.
- Maintain factory panel alignment, body gaps, and finish quality.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Communicate with estimators, painters, technicians, and management to ensure repairs stay on schedule.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional collision repair experience.
- Extensive experience with both panel repair and panel replacement.
- Proven ability to repair damaged panels to OEM standards, not simply replace them.
- Strong structural repair experience, including frame and unibody repairs.
- Experience replacing welded and bonded body panels.
- Ability to determine when a panel should be repaired versus replaced using OEM repair procedures and sound repair judgment.
- Experience working on late-model vehicles using modern repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player.
- Must provide your own professional-grade body repair tools.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience repairing and replacing panels on Tesla vehicles.
- Experience repairing European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, Land Rover, etc.).
- I-CAR, OEM, or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in repairing panels whenever they can be safely restored to OEM standards, rather than relying on unnecessary replacements.
- Has exceptional metal finishing and panel repair skills.
- Produces consistently high-quality workmanship.
- Is a dependable team player who works well with the entire production staff.
- Understands that safety, quality, and OEM repair procedures always come first.
- Takes ownership of every repair and consistently delivers vehicles that meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Steady workflow.
- Professional work environment with quality-focused repairs.
